Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your Pressure account and any Instagram account you connected to Pressure. You may request deletion in either of these ways: - If you can sign in, go to Settings, then Memory, and use the wipe flow to remove synced Instagram data stored by Pressure. - Email support@pressure-app.com and request deletion of your Pressure account data. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as the email address on your Pressure account and your Instagram handle.

If you remove Pressure from your connected apps or permissions inside Meta or Instagram, future syncing and platform access will generally stop. However, removing app permissions does not necessarily delete data that was already stored in Pressure before removal. If you want stored data deleted from Pressure, you should also use the in-product wipe flow or email support@pressure-app.com with a deletion request.

Subject to verification and applicable retention obligations, deletion may include data associated with your account such as: - Connected Instagram account identifiers and profile metadata - Synced reel or media metadata and analytics - Generated transcripts, feature labels, scores, and insights - Related processing records that are reasonably tied to your account in our active systems

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit trails, abuse prevention, or backup restoration cycles. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that a deletion request relates to the correct account. Once verified, we will process deletion within a reasonable time, subject to technical and legal constraints.
